Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days. During busy periods, product launches, or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.
Shipping
Orders are shipped through Canada Post or another trusted shipping carrier.
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the size of your order. Free shipping is available on Canadian orders of $50 or more by using code: SHIP4FREE
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information (where available).
Delivery Times
Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping service selected. Estimated delivery dates are provided by the shipping carrier and cannot be guaranteed.
The Free Spirit Company is not responsible for delays caused by weather, customs processing, postal disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply.
Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with you and the shipping carrier to help resolve the issue.
