Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photographs of the product and packaging so we can make it right.


Unopened Products

Unused, unopened products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is the result of our error.

Returned items must be received in their original condition before a refund is issued.


Refunds

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part.
